At Serenity Life Doula, we are committed to providing our students with high-quality courses to prepare them for the beautiful journey of childbirth. We understand that every individual’s needs and circumstances can change, which is why we offer a flexible refund policy for our courses.

Eligibility for Refund

- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the course purchase date.

- To qualify for a refund, you must have accessed less than 30% of the course content. This ensures that you have given the course a fair trial without committing to the entire program.

- You must provide a reason for your refund request. This helps us understand our students’ needs better and improve our offerings.
